Join us!

On Saturday, June 3rd, for a day of service, learning and celebration along the Coney Island Creek in Kaiser Park!

It’s My Estuary Day  starts with a morning coastal cleanup, and all  morning into  early afternoon various marine education exhibition tables–INCLUDING NYMS’ MICROSCOPY TABLE, with Guy DeBaere, Jay Holmes, and John Scott!

Schools demonstrating  students’ work:

John Dewey High School (JDHS), Rachel Carson High School (RCHS), Murrow High School, Maxwell CTE HS, PS 188, PS/IS 288, IS 228, IS 239, IS 281 and KECSS.

JDHS, RCHS, Murrow, IS 228, and IS 281 will orchestrate a launch of underwater ROVs!

Live Oyster Demonstration by PS/IS 288 & Bureau of Parks.
